Afallon is a fantastic four-bedroom holiday home with breath taking views over Aberdaron Bay, making it an ideal destination for families. Accommodating up to 10 guests, it’s within walking distance of the beach, local pubs, and village amenities. The property boasts a large garden, a deck with a barbecue, and a basement games room for endless entertainment.
Inside, Afallon offers four comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom (with a shower over the bath), a spacious shower room, an additional ground-floor WC, a utility room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The dining room and cozy sitting room are perfect for family time, featuring board games and a table. Relax in the main lounge with an open fire or unwind in the sun lounge, which opens onto the deck. Facilities include full central heating, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, freezer, DVD player, Wi-Fi broadband, and garden furniture. Please note that linen and towels are not provided, and during winter months (Oct 1 – March 30), half of the fuel costs (heating oil and electricity) are payable based on meter readings. This is a no-smoking property.
