Beudy Bach is a delightful, spacious, barn conversion for two. Set by a stream in a quiet valley close to the National Trust Bodnant Gardens, the village of Eglwysbach and the market town of Llanrwst. A short drive from Conwy Castle, Betws Y Coed and a little further to Zip World and Mt. Snowdon.

A detached former barn with beautifully spacious kitchen lounge diner, including fully fitted kitchen and comfortable seating area French doors out onto the private patio, perfect for that quiet morning coffee as the stream burbles by a few yards away past the flowers and trees by the waterside. The large bedroom with king size bed, generous wardrobe space, dressing table and lovely ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath, and separate shower. Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, WiFi, TV with DVD and free view, garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no smoking property. One dog is welcome. Please note that the owner will collect a refundable damage bond of £50 for all bookings. .

Beudy Bach sits comfortably on a quiet site with three lovely holiday cottages Coedfa Pont Y Garth, Ty Canol and Ty r Efail. Situated in a peaceful spot in the rolling hills of the Conwy valley just a few miles from the market town Llanrwst and the popular village of Betws y Coed to the south, or Conwy, Llandudno and the beaches of the North coast. An excellent area for walking and wildlife and just a short drive from the beautiful National Trust Bodnant Gardens and the Bodnant food centre. The whole of Snowdonia National Park, the mountains, coastline and all the adventure and activities you could hope for (and some you may never have imagined) are within easy reach of this relaxing cottage, an ideal base for your next holiday.
