The ground floor has a welcoming entrance hall, lovely lounge diner with views over towards the local golf course, a modern kitchen, breakfast room and downstairs shower room (shower, WC and handbasin). There is also a convenient utility room with washing machine and access to the garage for bike storage. The fully enclosed garden with patio and lawn areas is perfect for relaxing on those summer evenings. Facilities include full central heating, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, 4 TVs, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access and patio furniture. Central heating, electricity, bedlinen and towels are included in the rental. There is off road parking for up to 2 cars. This is a Non Smoking and Pet Free property. Sorry, because of the nature of the house and garden it is unsuitable for children aged 1-5 years.
