The first floor has a wide landing leading to three bedrooms and the family bathroom (bath with shower over, bidet, WC and hand basin). There is one twin bedded room looking over the rear patio and the fields beyond. A double room with super views over open countryside to the hills and mountains of Snowdonia, and the master bedroom with king-size bed, chaise lounge, ensuite shower room and plenty of space to spare. This room also benefits from the fabulous views over to Snowdonia. Externally there is off road parking for up to four cars, a large patio area with outdoor fire pit under a pergola covered in a lovely clematis. Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, microwave, Wifi, DVD and garden furniture, three bathrooms and an additional WC. Off-road parking for four cars. The property has an ev charge point (available for £50 a week).  Bed linen and towels are supplied, gas and electricity are included in the tariff. This is pet-free, no-smoking property. It is possible to hire a hot tub at this property.
