Directory Listing Terms & Conditions

1. Listing Tiers & Payment

• Basic (Free): Includes 1 photo, business description, address and phone number. Appears in directory search results.
• Standard (£25): Includes up to 5 photos, full contact details, map pinpoint, social media links, menu link and website link. 12-month listing period.
• Featured (£30): Includes everything in Standard, plus up to 10 photos, appears at the top of search results, and a "Featured" badge. 12-month listing period.
• Payments are processed securely via Base44 Payments. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and all major credit/debit cards.
• All listing fees are one-time payments for a 12-month listing period. After 12 months, you will be contacted to renew.

2. Refund Policy

• Listing fees are non-refundable once your listing has been submitted and payment has been processed.
• If your listing is rejected during our review process, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days.
• If you wish to cancel before your listing goes live, contact us immediately — refunds are only possible if the listing has not yet been approved.

3. Business Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, up to date and not misleading.
• You must have the right to use all images, logos and content submitted with your listing.
• You must not list content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or infringes on third-party rights.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact details, opening hours and menu information current.

4. Approval & Listing Duration

• All listings are subject to review by our team before going live. This typically takes 1–3 working days.
• We reserve the right to reject, edit or remove any listing that does not meet our standards or these terms.
• Listings remain live for 12 months from the date of approval.

5. Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix Payments) on our behalf.
• Your card/payment details are handled securely by the payment provider — we do not store your card information.
• Funds are deposited into our designated business bank account.
• You will receive a payment confirmation and receipt upon successful checkout.

6. Our Rights

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or remove any listing that violates these terms.
• We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the directory constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• We are not liable for any loss of business resulting from listing removal due to term violations.

7. Liability

• Stay in North Wales acts as a directory platform only. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any listed business.
• We are not responsible for transactions, disputes or interactions between directory users and listed businesses.
• Our liability is limited to the listing fee paid.
